Workshops

Functional workshops are short, focused sessions designed to help you understand and improve how your body works in everyday life. Instead of asking for a big commitment, each workshop zooms in on one essential function.

Room to Breathe

In this workshop, you’ll:
 

  • Gently explore how your breath moves through your ribs, back, shoulders, and belly

  • Learn why breathing is  full-body movement and how to support it without strain

  • Release common areas of tension that restrict natural breathing (like the upper back, jaw, or neck)

  • Use breath as a grounding tool for nervous system regulation and emotional ease

  • Gain practical tips for improving shoulder and spinal health through mindful movement

  • Leave feeling more spacious, grounded, and connected to your body

 

  • Self Paced sessions each about 10 min long.

  • 90 day access so you can have plenty of time with the content

  • Community/Group for extra help and to share
