In the Virtual Studio you will find:
3 Stages; Awareness, Function, Strength:
Stage 1: Movement that meets you where you are. These sessions are designed to help you create a habit of moving more. The focus is on easy and accessible movement that helps you become aware of your body and begin to renew your relationship with it. In bed, at your desk, in the kitchen, pushing a grocery cart - squeeze in movement and new awareness.
Stage 2: Part specific movement to take your new found awareness and creates change. Empowerment comes from knowing yourself and being successful at adapting and healing. Included in our sessions will be snippets of educational content. You'll begin to learn why these movements matter.
Stage 3: You'll now be ready to begin to create strength. First by using your own body weight but them we'll find ways to use household items to add more.
